Vacation Time

We include up to 6 weeks per year of C the Light Trading, LLC vacation time. This is included each year as part of your agreement to join our site.

Automatic Renewal Policy

If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorize us to charge your card automatically every billing period until you notify us in writing to cancel your membership. All notifications must be made at least 14 business days before your term is set to renew. All subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal or other services we may choose. C the Light Trading, LLC may, at its sole discretion, cancel your subscription at any time without notice and/or refund.

By accessing this site, you agree not to redistribute the information found on it. Anyone deemed to have shared or distributed information, or any site passwords, to anyone other than themselves will have their membership terminated immediately.

Cancellation Policy

There are no contracts, so you may cancel at any time by simply sending us an email through our contact form. It is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation and to follow up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged by us via email within 72 hours of your request. You must give us at least 14 business days’ notice for cancellations prior to your membership renewal date. Cancellations initiated within this two-week period will be billed for the next cycle. Please note that all sales are final and we do not issue credits or refunds. All cancellation notices should be submitted via email at CtheLightTrading@gmail.com. When you request cancellation, subscription fees for the unused portion are not refunded. You are liable for charges incurred for the subscription period you choose. Cancellation of service is not official until you receive an email confirmation from CtheLightTrading.com. In the rare event that you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within three business days of your request (excluding weekends and holidays), you must resubmit your request via email to CtheLightTrading@gmail.com.
